Indonesian Leadership is Unique
Indonesia is a unique country.
State established by a variety of ethnic, racial, ethnic and
various religions.
The strength of this diversity, the Indonesian archipelago
leadership should be fundamental to the noble values of the nation and is the
crystallization of norms and ethics of this nation.
Indonesian leadership can
be described in 11 leadership principles, namely:
- Taqwa (Godly, Faith in the Almighty God and obey Him).
- Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada (Provide role models in the presence of men).
- Ing Madya Mangun Karsa (Participate spicy and evocative spirit in the midst of men).
- Tut Wuri Handayani (Influence and encouragement from behind to subordinates).
- Waspada Purba Wisesa (Always keep an eye alert, and able and provide corrections to subordinates).
- Ambeg Parama Arta (Can choose exactly which one should take precedence).
- Prasaja (Behavior is simple and not extravagant).
- Satya (The loyal attitude of reciprocity, from superiors to subordinates and from subordinates to superiors and to the side).
- Gemi Nastiti (Awareness and the ability to restrict the use and spending everything to truly needed).
- Belaka (Willingness, willingness and courage to take responsibility for his actions).
- Legawa (Willingness, willingness and sincerity to the time and position of handing responsibility to the next generation).
